Theodore Phelps
President
Ted Phelps has been offering consulting services since 1984 in the areas of forensic accounting, fraud investigation, business valuation, and litigation services. He has also testified as an expert witness in all of these areas.
Mr. Phelps is a Certified Public Accountant and has additional credentials in the areas of bankruptcy, business valuation, and financial forensics. His CV is available for download here.
Phelps has acted as a Court appointed fiduciary (Receiver, Referee, etc.) in dozens of cases involving fraud, shareholder oppression, mismanagement and compliance issues.
Mr. Phelps and his team have conducted complex investigations leading to seven and eight figure verdicts and recoveries.
After 25 years of managing a growth oriented firm in Los Angeles, Ted moved to the Inland Northwest, opting for a simpler lifestyle while providing the same level of service to a new group of prospective clients while retaining ties to his former referral sources in California
